The core of a strong team is cohesion, so that each person feels like an integral part and plays an important role in the collective success.

In order to create an environment that is both fun, entertaining and cohesive, and builds trust and teamwork among all employees, ICON4 organized a trip with the theme "One team - One dream". in 3 days from July 16, 2022 to July 18, 2022 at Mövenpick Cam Ranh Resort   for all company employees

The trip is not only a vacation trip but also creates conditions for company members to tighten solidarity, regenerate energy and make a breakthrough in the future work.

Exciting departure

After landing at Cam Ranh airport, the staffs of ICON4 were taken to visit Cam Ranh KN construction site - one of the key projects.

Team building activities

This is one of the main activities of the day. With the spirit of "play hard", the four teams fought extremely fiercely and intensely.

With exciting and exciting competitions, the teams that supported solidarity to overcome the challenges were quite thrilling. This activity is considered to be the one that brings the most "memorable images" in ICON4's trip

Gala Dinner – Bữa tiệc sang trọng nhưng ấm áp

Điều tạo nên bất ngờ thú vị nhất cho chuyến của ICON4 đó là đêm Gala Dinner được diễn ra vào tối ngày 17/07/2022 với buổi tiệc sang trọng cho những thành viên ICON4, các game mang đầy tính thách thức và đêm nhạc đầy máu lửa.

Vào cuối buổi Gala Dinner, Ban tổ chức đã tổng kết kết quả của những trò chơi mà anh chị em ICON4 đã tham gia trong hoạt động teambuilding, và trao giải cho các đội chơi, khép lại chuyến đi 2022 đầy ấn tượng.
