After Vingroup's Adayroi, it was Lotte.vn's turn to announce its shutdown.
Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong newspaper, a representative of Lotte Mart has just confirmed that Lotte.vn e-commerce platform will officially stop selling from February 20, 2020. However, Lotte Mart's operations are still going on as usual.
Accordingly, the management company wants to change its business plan in the future.
Specifically, starting from January 20, 2019, Lotte.vn website will stop working. The company declares that it will complete the debt with its partners before February 20, 2019 and will not accept to settle further complaints after this time.

Lotte.vn's website reads, "As a member of the Korean LOTTE group, LOTTE.VN is committed to bringing Korean standard quality and online shopping experience to each Vietnamese customer".
On the website there is a section dedicated to products of Lotte Mart and Lotte Mart is also the exclusive supplier of the floor.
According to the introduction, Lotte.vn is the official e-commerce website of Lotte Group in Vietnam. However, the main activity of the floor is still only in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas. Specifically, the new floor only supports delivery in Ho Chi Minh City area.
