Also at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders shortly after on October 15, 2020, the content was approved for Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company - Taseco Land to increase its ownership rate at ICON4 to 35% (until December 2022 Taseco Land has completed raising the ownership rate in Icon4 to 72.5% of Charter Capital) and became the largest shareholder of the Company, at the same time, the General Meeting also voted to approve the issuance content. increase capital for strategic shareholders to increase charter capital from 160 billion dong to 320 billion dong.
